We realised that the exchange of information and brand interaction that occurs offline should – and could – be replicated in an online environment.
To this affect, we have reengineered their website’s structure, navigation and informational hierarchy; allowing users a more intuitive and meaningful experience. We have also installed a new content management system and designed and developed an ‘online debt collector’ solution.
The addition of video media and cross-referenced contacts, free information and fact sheets means the user experience is richer and ultimately more relevant to the end user.
