Ascend Studio transformed Capital Watch from an template 8-page folded newspaper into a premium 32-page magazine. The redesign included a complete reorganisation of the content structure - latest market statistics, current hot topics & prominent people - as well as the introduction of a second brand typeface and an extended colour palette.
We have developed a 'flag' system to categorise articles and content types. Combined with a series of icons, these flags serve as a guide throughout the publication. Another neat design feature is the use of the 7-column grid, which allows room for quotes, captions and profiles.
